ComSatTV is an organization run by founder and General Manager Karsten Sauerhöfer, who has systematically expanded the company over the past few years and consistently enhanced the company's service offerings in the area of Information Technology.

To cope with the high order volume, the company relies on scheduling software specifically developed for this purpose. This software has been optimized to accommodate the specific requirements for cable internet orders and the management of modernization measures up to a volume of 500,000 residential units per order.
Highly qualified employees including electricians, radio and television engineers, electrical engineers, joiners, AI engineers, programmers and software engineers, IT consultants, and support staff ensure the best possible service.
4 installation teams (each comprising 1 service engineer and 3 technicians) can be deployed flexibly and have been trained to cope with any requirement. They are backed by in-house technicians responsible for the configuration and completion of all preparatory work for the installation teams.
